Shipping/Return Policy



First class shipping does not come with insurance; therefore we are unable to offer refunds for orders shipped via USPS first class shipping that are "lost", "damaged", or "stolen". We highly recommend selecting Priority Shipping as it includes $50 insurance, tracking, and arrives in 2-3 days.

We typically ship out the next business day if ordered by 4 P.M. Arizona, and sometimes the same day depending on the time ordered. If ordered on Saturday, item will be shipped Monday.


We are in the process of adding countries outside of the US. If your country is not listed please contact us so we can add it.

We ship via USPS, and unfortunately we cannot offer tracking on these orders. However, we do offer registered mail so we can track proof of delivery.


All sales may be returned within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund, minus shipping costs. If the item is "defective" we will offer a full refund including shipping costs.
