Damascus is the result of hundreds of layers of steel forged together to produce a rare and beautiful texture. The extensive process is made of:

- 203E (low carbon high impact High nickel mild steel alloy)
- 15N20 (band saw blade material)
- 52100 (ball bearing steel)
- Nickel 200
Damascus starts out with 13 layers of the listed steels that are folded 5 times to produce a high contrast of 416 layers. It is then etched to reveal stunning one-of-a-kind textures.
